This project was to restyle a quality older buffet using paint and gel stain. This is a perfect piece for this as its smaller size is very versatile in today’s decorating. I painted the cabinet in white and used a grey glaze to highlight its details. The original dark brown finish on the top was over stained with grey gel stain. To add durability to the top it was finished with satin poly. The feet of this buffet were finished in the same way as the top.
