This antique serpentine dresser had a beautiful finish condition but the cabinet was so wobbly it first needed to be repaired and most all of the joints glued. After cleaning and making minor repairs to the drawers it was ready to get a fresh updated look. I began by adding the transfer ‘Midnight Floral’ to the drawer fronts and then painted the trim details and mirror harp in a complementary green. These small changes add up to a big update and a new life for an old dresser.
